product structure
The vertical dryer is mainly composed of a fixed cylinder, an air inlet and outlet device, a material inlet and outlet device, a heat exchange device, and a heat preservation device. The working principle of the vertical dryer: the material with a certain amount of moisture is conveyed to the top of the vertical dryer by a belt conveyor, and is evenly distributed to the full section of the top of the furnace by the distributing device. The material moves slowly downward by gravity on its running track while exchanging heat with the strong wind. The moisture evaporating from the material is randomly taken away by the strong wind, and it is fully dried after about two hours of evaporation.
